License to Use

Bower grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the app for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the app.

Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Bower app, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.

Trademarks

The Bower name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Bower. You may not use these marks without prior written permission. All other trademarks referenced in the app are the property of their respective owners.

User Content

You retain copyright ownership of the content you create within the app. By submitting content, you grant Bower a limited license to store, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you and your linked partner.

Infringement Claims

If you believe any material available through Bower infringes your copyright, you may notify us at hello@bower.app. We will respond to valid infringement notices in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

Notice & Takedown

Bower respects the intellectual property rights of others. Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the user who posted it.
